Shipping policy

Ever placed an order online and as soon as you click "Complete order" You're checking to see when will it arrive? It's okay, we have all been there! We are just as excited as you are to see you slay your YLR pieces you just purchased. This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Orders shipped with standard shipping in the US are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. May take an additional 3-7 business days or sooner for delivery, depending on the location that you reside in and/or your postal service in your area.

If you need an item by a specific date and/or expedited please email us at yvelarosellc@gmail.com so that an accommodation can be made for you if possible.

Please note, YLR is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with.  Furthermore, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and pre-order policy.

Please note: We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We will only be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. We will continue to ensure your YLR order gets to you ASAP!

Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered or sooner. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. So please do keep that in mind! Email us at yvelarosellc@gmail.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered.
1. File Claim with USPS
2. File police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.

AGAIN YLR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.

Bring your email confirmation with order number, along with a government-issued photo ID such as:
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Military ID
Once the store has received and has processed the order, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up! Normally within 1 business days

For your protection, only the recipient listed on the package is authorized to pick up the order. You will need to provide a valid photo ID along with your order number at the time of pickup.

We will hold your order for 5 business days once we’ve sent you a pick-up confirmation e-mail and will then send you a final pick-up e-mail. If the order has not been picked up after 5 business days, your order will be cancelled and store credit will be given for current selling price
